I’m a passionate creative with years of experience in video production and photography.

Professional Experience

Freelance Videographer & Editor

January 2015 - Present

In starting my freelance career i’ve been helping a variety of clients tackle creative conception and execution for film / photography productions in Montreal and globally. Working as lead Videographer, Cinematographer and Editor on music videos, commercials, live shows, short films, documentaries, interviews and corporate videos I’ve been able to gain a wealth of understanding and experience in running a production from start to finish. I’ve also gained valuable experience in hiring and managing additional team members for larger projects where location sound, lighting, make-up and hair are required.

MétéoMédia (Weather Network), Videographer & Motion Graphics Artist

2010 - 2014

Initiated the first DSLR camera shoots for broadcast delivery on the Weather Network in Québec. Acting as a smaller more creative unit we created “vignettes” for each of the on-line presenters. These were aired during 2011-2013 (can be viewed here) and served as their first on-line video promos for social media. Serving the program director and production department to create custom animation overlays for on-air broadcast.

Group Desmarais Printshop, Graphic Design & Layout Artist

2008 - 2010

Graphic design work for incoming clients ie; business cards, greeting cards, promotional pamphlets and large format signs. I influenced the printshop to move from QuarkXpress to Adobe InDesign and redid all their layout templates. I was responsable for internal marketing and photography related design & layout as-well as printer calibration. Working with HP and EPSON Large Format 60” Inkjet printers.

Many years of experience using all these tools. Software is always advancing so I'm always learning and enjoy doing so.
